Bill D. Crites

Greensburg-Bill D. Crites, 81, died February 9, 2019 at Pratt Regional Medical Center, Pratt, Kansas. He was born July 5, 1937 in Higgins, Texas the son of Elby Glenn and Mary Ilene (Brown) Crites. Bill was retired from The Williams Company (Cities Service Gas Company.) On February 16, 1963 Bill married Donna Spencer in Hardtner, Kansas. She survives. Other survivors include two daughters Shelly Ewy and husband Stan, Albert, Kansas and Kristi Little and husband Jerry, Greensburg, one son Dan Crites and wife Lisa, Great Bend, Kansas, and nine grandchildren, Spencer and Sheridan Ewy, Jordan, James and Jenner Little, and Braedan, Cassidy, Addison and Brodie Crites. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Glenna Jean Detrixhe. Funeral Services and celebration of Bill’s life will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church, Greensburg with Pastor Chu presiding. A visitation will be held 5:30-7:00 Wednesday at the church.
