Roff, Oklahoma- Carolyn L. Cook, 64, died December 8, 2012 at Southwest Integris Hospital, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born June 11, 1948, in Hollis, Oklahoma, the daughter of James Floyd and Vida Ruth (Sitton) Macom. She was a homemaker. On January 1, 1967, Carolyn married Charles Lee Cook in Richfield, Kansas. He survives. She is also survived by two sons Craig (Elaine) Cook and Chris Cook, a daughter Christy (Trent) Jacks, seven Grandchildren, her mother Vida Cavener, and two brothers Tom Macom and Floyd (Linda) Macom. She was preceded in death by her father and a Grandchild Bailey Cook. Graveside services and celebration of Carolyn’s life will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 13, 2012 in the Haviland Cemetery, Haviland, Kansas, with Pastor Donnie Hinshaw officiating. A visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Fleener Funeral Home, Greensburg, Kansas. Memorials are suggested to Barclay College, Haviland, in care of Fleener Funeral Home, 514 S.
