Gloria Jeanne Senior

Topeka-Gloria Jeanne Senior, 91, died February 28, 2017 at McCrite Plaza Nursing Home, Topeka. She was born November 25, 1925 in Clearwater, Kansas the daughter of O.F. and Mable (Schopel) Bogle. Gloria was a dietician, most of her career in the kitchen at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, Kansas. She had lived in Norwich, Greensburg, Wichita and Topeka, Kansas. She was a member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary, and the First Christian Church, Greensburg. Gloria had been married to Albert Schmidt, John Shahan, and Ray Senior, all of whom are deceased. She is survived by a son Stephen Schmidt, Las Vegas, Nevada, a daughter Melodee Jordan, Topeka, three Grandchildren Shelly Jordan-Howell, Auburn, Kansas, Kelly Jordan and wife Carey, Berryton, Kansas, and Derek Schmidt, Las Vegas, Nevada, five Great-grandchildren Megan Howell, Brooklyn Jordan, Kinsley Schmidt, Ashlynn Howell and Kaylee Schmidt. She was also preceded by a daughter Cidnee Jean Morehead, three brothers and three sisters. Graveside services will be 2:00p.m. Friday, March 10, 2017 in Fairview Cemetery, Greensburg with Pastor Jon Harrison officiating.
