Richard "Dick" Figg

Greensburg – Richard “Dick” Figg, 90, died September 20, 2026, at his home in Greensburg, Kansas. He was born July 12, 1936, near Athol in Smith County, Kansas the son of Frank and Vera (Conrad) Figg. He attended schools in Athol graduating from Lebonan High School in1954, then attended Bailey Diesel Tech in St. Louis, Missouri. Dick was a member of the Kiowa County Volunteer Fire Department 33 years, and retired from Greensburg Equipment, now Greensburg Farm Supply after 54 years. On May 6, 1962, Richard married Frieda Koehn in Greensburg. She survives. Other survivors include a son Jerroll, Nevada, a brother Carl Figg and sister Edna Koehn, both of Geronimo, Oklahoma, and many nieces and nephews. Cremation was selected. No services are planned.
