June 25, 1952 — July 23, 2025

Fairmount, Indiana

Haviland - "Rob" Robin L. Clark, 73, of Fairmount left this world for his eternal home on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at St. Vincent Hospital. Rob was born in Pratt, Kansas on June 25, 1952, son of Clifton D. and Betty Jo (Hiler) Clark. He attended Haviland High School, graduating in 1970. Rob enrolled in Friends Bible College working towards his degree while being a husband and father. Rob married Judith "Judy" A. Frye on his birthday in 1985. Along with being a pastor, Rob worked in carpentry and construction. He most recently was a part of College Wesleyan Church. If you spent any time with Rob you left with a smile on your face. He had a million stories and he loved to tell them. From playing baseball as a kid to running in the tree belt with his trusty dog, Rusty, by his side to bragging on his kids and grandkids and their accomplishments. He loved the outdoors and spent as much time as he could sitting in a chair watching birds, rabbits, squirrels and anything else that would run through the yard. On March 5, 1975, he gave his heart to Jesus and began a course that would lead him into a life of ministry. In Haviland Kansas he was the pastor of a little church where truck drivers coming through town could worship. After moving to Indiana in 1993, he took on the position of pastor at Liberty Friends Church, where he served for 19 years. After retiring he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, traveling to see his family in Kansas and just piddling around the house. We will never know if he knew how much people loved and admired him, but the truth is, he was a much loved husband, father, PopPop and friend. Rob is survived by his wife Judy; children, Chateece (Cory) Rickard, Seymour, TX, Julie (Jason) Rowan, Bentonville, AR, Kandyce (Steve) Taylor, Colorado Springs, CO, Kamryn (Raymond) Mauldin, Marion, IN and Russell (Mary Jo) Clark, Grand Rapids, MI; grandchildren, Sam, Ace, Tre, and Tag Rickard, Mackenzie, Jax, Jaylyn, and Jersey Rowan, Addy and Izzy Taylor, Thomas and Hazel Mauldin, and Milo and Liliana Clark; brother, Darry (Corla) Clark, Haviland, KS, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
