Wesley Earl “W.E.’’ Stewart, 90, died Wednesday, June 17, 2015 in the Pratt Rehab Center. He was born April 21, 1925 to Wentzle and Elsie Stewart in Greensburg, Kansas. He graduated from Greensburg High School and remained in Greensburg most of his life, working as a dealer for the Fuller Brush Company for 65 years. He moved to Pratt in 2007 after the Greensburg tornado destroyed his home. He was an active member of the Christian Church as well as the civic organizations of the Odd Fellows and the Masons.
He is survived by one niece, Melody Bowdon of Cary, North Carolina, and four nephews: Mark Stewart, Wade Stewart, Eric Stewart, and Matthew Stewart.
He was the last of his childhood family to die, preceded by his parents and two brothers, Harold and Keith Stewart.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 20, at 11:00 am at the First Christian Church in Pratt. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Greensburg.
